“animation won’t work on Edge browser”
“animation of content completely BROKEN on IE edge!”
“Animation/ transition”
“Page elements using animation don’t appear on Safari”
These are some of the titles in the Divi Community Forum from people complaining that the animation is broken.
Since I had the same experience I thought of making a post with some tips about it. 🙂
First of all, try to turn your theme to safe mode. To do so go to Divi > Support Center, scroll down until you find the “Safe Mode” section and enable it there. Safe mode will disable all your plugins and you will be able to check for any conflicts. Log out from your wordpress dashboard to make sure if it is working or not.
If that didn’t work for you, temporary remove all your code that you have in the Integration tab or in the custom CSS area. I had an error in java script and that was braking the animation for me. Always log out from your wordpress dashboard to make sure if it is working or not.
If you still have problems go to elegant theme website an try to send a message to the Live Chat System. It may take some time to respond but they do respond and they are most helpful.
