After Installing Debian 7.4 wheezy.

sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree
Install kuser. In one of the installations, Debian refused sudo to the main user and kuser was the first choice to solve the issue by adding him to the sudoers group.
In the Activities \ Applications click the Add/Remove Software Icon
Type at the search box “kuser” click Find, tick to select the package and click Apply at the bottom.
Click Continue to finish the installation. To access open a terminal and run “kuser”.
